OMS was created in 2006 to provide personalized management services to the Southern Highlands residents. By 2007, OMS achieved a solid reputation for excellence, personal service, and improving financial bottom lines. The successes achieved within Southern Highlands and its gated sub-associations led to requests that OMS expand its operations. OMS has steadily grown ever since with an eye towards quality over quantity. Today, OMS services the accounts of nearly 8,000 residential units and more than 80 commercial tenants.
