The OMS team is aware that compliance and enforcement can be difficult for the most well-meaning boards and well-intentioned owners. To that end, the executive team designed and implemented a compliance protocol that took daily inspections and enforcement out of the hands of its community managers and placed it in the hands of a specialized and dedicated team. The Compliance Department is comprised of dedicated staff members who work diligently to provide and adhere to a neutral “checks and balances” system that protects the association as well as its individual owners. Dedicated compliance inspectors are tasked with identifying and photographing potential issues while a separate staffer confirms and opens a compliance account. From there, members of the association (whether Board Members or Committee Members) ultimately determine if a violation is corrected or if further action is required. This three step process serves to protect our Clients while ensuring that owners are offered the greatest opportunity to live in a clean, attractive, and peaceful community.
