The Olympia Management Senior Management Team:

Angela Rock, President

Ms. Rock received her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center in 1998 and worked as a real estate attorney at a private practice until 2006. Ms. Rock was a partner with the firm of Santoro, Driggs, Walch, Kearney, Johnson & Thompson and worked as general counsel for a number of Olympia projects prior to joining Olympia Companies in 2006. Ms. Rock has more than 14 years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate field, and has served as general counsel to most of the large master-planned communities in Las Vegas, including Summerlin, Seven Hills, Anthem, and Aliante. Ms. Rock is a member of the Nevada State Bar Association as well as the Washington State Bar Association. In 2009, the Nevada Real Estate Division awarded Ms. Rock a full Community Manager’s license based on her extensive experience and did not require the standard two-year waiting period. Ms. Rock holds a supervisory community manager’s license. She is also actively involved in the legislative process and regularly testifies in front of the Assembly and Senate regarding Homeowners Association (HOA) related legislation. Ms. Rock currently serves as the Vice President of Andson, a charitable organization working to empower youth through education. Sara Gilliam, Vice President of Operations

Ms. Gilliam works directly with OMS’s residential clientele to manage their varied list of vendors and service personnel. Ms. Gilliam coordinates the OMS staff, directly manages its largest master-planned community, and oversees all client-related services, contracts and special projects. Ms. Gilliam previously worked as a project manager for Southern Highlands Development and coordinated its tenant improvements and major construction projects, which totaled more than 30 million dollars and included construction of the Blue Diamond Ranch Center, Fire Station Plaza and the Southern Highlands Corporate Center. Additionally, Ms. Gilliam has more than 10 years of experience in the residential and commercial management and construction field and the Nevada Real Estate Division awarded Ms. Gilliam a full Community Manager’s license without requiring the standard two-year provisional period. Ms. Gilliam was a public relations major at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas before joining the Olympia team.

Jennifer Schuette, Vice President of Account Services

Ms. Schuette serves as the primary community manager to three of OMS’s boutique custom residential clients. Ms. Schuette also serves as the primary point of contact on all collection-related matters for each of OMS’s clients. In addition, Ms. Schuette has been extensively involved in the architectural review and oversight of all custom home construction within Southern Highlands since 2005. Ms. Schuette’s commitment to community standards coupled with her friendly and respectful approach have made her a favorite among OMS’s clientele. In 2009, the Nevada Real Estate Division awarded Ms. Schuette a full Community Manager’s license without requiring the standard two-year provisional period. Ms. Schuette’s professionalism, experience and outstanding letters of recommendation were overwhelming evidence of her qualifications to hold a full management license.

Deanne Goben, Controller

Ms. Goben has over 25 years of private accounting experience, primarily in the hospitality and residential development industries.   Ms. Goben received her bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Oregon and attained her CPA designation in 2006.  Ms. Goben prepares all financial packages and schedules for each of OMS’s clientele as well as overseeing the accounts receivable and payable activity for OMS and their clients.  Ms. Goben also analyzes the annual and monthly budgets, coordinates the annual financial audit with each Association’s external CPA firm, and accounts for nearly 22 million dollars in fiscal activity each year.
